Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments, including medical history and mental health evaluations.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized care plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications for addiction and monitor side effects.
• Provide ongoing patient education and counseling on substance abuse.
