Cedar Recovery in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner (APN or PA) to support MAT-based addiction treatment. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage methadone dosing in collaboration with the Medical Director.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and educating patients to support recovery. An unrestricted APN/PA license and DEA/X-Waiver are required.

Qualifikationen

• Active Advanced Practice Practitioner license (APN/PA) in good standing.
• DEA license and X-Waiver in good standing.
• Experience with opioid/substance use treatment preferred.
• Active TennCare number or equivalent.
• Experience in methadone treatment is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive patient intake and follow-up assessments.
• Develop individualized medical plans including MAT and counseling.
• Order/manage MAT (methadone) dosages and monitor effects.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and refer to specialists as needed.
• Maintain compliant documentation per 42 CFR Part 2, DEA, and policies.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development.
• Educate patients and families and address stigma.
