Qualifications

• Must have a Physical Therapy degree and licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings.
• Maintains necessary continuing education and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective patient care following professional standards, including evaluations, treatment, and equipment needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of interventions, discharge plans, and billing.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity targets and adhere to schedules.
• Participate in team decision-making, interdisciplinary collaboration, staff meetings, and process improvements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, serve as a resource, and supervise students and volunteers.
