LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a PRN Acute Care Physical Therapist to provide weekend and holiday coverage. You will perform initial assessments, develop treatment plans, implement care, and document progress for referred patients in acute settings.

• Maintains necessary continuing education and BLS certification.
