Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln Rehabilitation - Acute Care is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for PRN and weekender shifts. You will assess patients, design care plans, and use modalities and exercise programs to support recovery.

You will document progress, re-evaluate as needed, and coordinate with physicians, staff, and families to ensure smooth discharge planning. Collaboration with the care team is essential to patient success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current North Carolina PT license required.
• CPR and BLS certifications per policy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and establishes a care plan with modalities and exercises as warranted.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, discharge plans, and charges.
• Re-evaluates patients as status changes and updates goals accordingly.
• Coordinates treatment with physicians, staff and family members.
