Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and the care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare’s values of excellence, compassion, and integrity.
