Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan personalized PT programs with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercise and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive patient care.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding values.
