Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of two years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
• Certification in Occupational Therapy or Recreation Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• The Activity Therapist evaluates and administers therapy to patients in accordance with goals provided in the treatment plan and uses a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a patient’s life.
