Job summary

Universal Health Services in Wisconsin is seeking a PRN Activity Therapist to evaluate and administer therapy to patients within an evidence-based behavioral health program. Therapies are developed through diverse procedures and assistive devices to maximize patients’ functional potentials in daily life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of two years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
• Certification in Occupational Therapy or Recreation Therapy is required.
