The Poarch Creek Indians are seeking a seasoned FSQA Manager to lead all food safety and quality assurance programs across our facility. You will oversee HACCP, SSOPs, regulatory compliance with USDA standards, and drive continuous improvement while supervising FSQA staff.
Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor's degree with beef manufacturing experience, HACCP certifications, and strong leadership skills.

The PRM FSQA Manager provides leadership for all Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) programs within the facility. This position oversees food safety systems, regulatory compliance, sanitation programs, product quality, HACCP implementation, customer requirements, and quality assurance personnel while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence.
