Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with two years in high-volume customer service, or four years experience in high-volume customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to Lottery players regarding prizes and claims.
• Process prize claims, resolve claim issues, and monitor for potential fraud.
• Perform daily claim center operations, including balancing and reporting.
• Coordinate with Security and other departments on complex payment and ticket issues.
• Maintain archives and assist with onboarding new team members.
