Job summary

Elevance Health (Anthem) is recruiting a CyberArk EPM Operations Security Analyst III to safeguard privileged access for enterprise systems. The role supports 24x7 operations, privilege elevation, and governance in a hybrid office model with in-office collaboration in Indianapolis or St. Louis areas.

The ideal candidate provides strong IAM/PAM expertise, understands least privilege, and partners with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to enforce robust access controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a support and operations or design and engineering role.
• Experience with IAM, PAM and access governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill CyberArk EPM privilege elevation requests through ServiceNow.
• Validate business justification, approvals, and change management requirements.
• Assign and remove temporary elevated access per approved procedures.
• Support emergency and break-glass access requests.
• Ensure all privileged access activities are documented and auditable.
• Administer day-to-day CyberArk EPM operations and policy assignments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Cyber Security, IAM, Infrastructure, and App teams to secure privileged access.
