Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a CyberArk EPM Operations Security Analyst III to provide enterprise security solutions and 24x7 EPM support. You will process privilege elevations, validate approvals, and administer temporary access, while coordinating with IAM, Cyber Security, and Engineering teams to enable secure privileged access.

The role emphasizes least privilege, ZSP, and ITDR concepts, with a hybrid schedule including in-office presence in Indianapolis, IN or St. Louis, MO as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology or related field with at least 3 years of experience in security operations or engineering.
• Experience with PAM, IAM and access governance concepts preferred.
• Knowledge of Least Privilege, ZSP, Tier-0 security, Zero Trust and ITDR preferred.
• Healthcare/Insurance or regulated industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process privilege elevation requests and validate approvals and change management.
• Manage temporary elevated access and emergency break-glass procedures.
• Monitor privileged activity and ensure auditable documentation.
• Administer CyberArk EPM operations and policy assignments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, IAM, Cyber Security, and Infra teams.
• Support policy rollouts, platform updates, and operational readiness.
• Investigate policy violations and conduct RCA for access incidents.
• Generate metrics, reporting, and audit evidence.
