Job summary

Elevance Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Security Senior Analyst – Identity Security Engineering to design and operate identity security controls across human, privileged, cloud, and AI identities, with a primary focus on CyberArk Idira EPM.

You will collaborate with IAM, identity governance, and cloud security teams to implement least privilege, JIT access, and privileged access governance while automating discovery, RBAC/ABAC policy design, and access management across platforms.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in access management or security operations.
• Experience with identity security technologies and IAM standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).

Responsibilities

• Engineers and operates CyberArk Idira EPM, including policy design and application control.
• Supports CyberArk PAM/PSM capabilities and JIT/ZSP use cases.
• Translates business requirements into RBAC/ABAC and policy-based controls.
• Supports identity governance processes: access requests, provisioning, certification, revocation.
• Extends identity security controls to cloud, NHIs, and workloads.
• Integrates CyberArk with ServiceNow, SailPoint and cloud platforms.
• Automates identity discovery, entitlement analysis, and audit evidence.
• Analyzes identity events to reduce standing privilege and improve security posture.
• Develops testing plans, runbooks, and incident response procedures.
