Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to deliver Privileged Access Management (PAM) products and capabilities. You will help develop PAM strategy, roadmaps, and governance while collaborating with IT leaders to meet timelines and improve PAM maturity.

You will lead a team to design, configure, and implement PAM solutions, with hands-on experience in CyberArk or similar platforms, and coordinate across enterprise infrastructure to ensure secure privileged access

Qualifications

• 5+ years Information Security experience with strong focus in PAM platforms (CyberArk, Delinea, Netwrix).
• 3+ years leading or managing an enterprise PAM program or PAM engineering function.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing PAM capabilities.
• Own and drive the enterprise PAM strategy and multi-year plan including scan/discovery, remediation, lifecycle management, password rotation, vaulting, just in time administration.
• Establish and maintain PAM policies, standards, procedures, and governance processes.
• Serve as escalation point for PAM risks, issues, and decisions.
