Job summary

Pb Consulting seeks an Experienced AI-Enabled Vulnerability & Remediation Engineer to lead vulnerability management in enterprise Linux environments. You will identify, prioritize, and remediate security gaps using AI tools and agentic workflows to automate analysis, reporting, and fixes.

The role requires strong Linux administration skills, CVE/CVSS analysis, and scripting in Python/Bash, plus experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and Ansible to orchestrate remediation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient Linux admin with experience managing RHEL 7/8/9 in production.
• Experience identifying, prioritizing, and remediating vulnerabilities enterprise-wide.
• Strong CVE/CVSS analysis and remediation ability using industry tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support RHEL 7/8/9 production environments.
• Perform vulnerability assessment and remediation using Qualys, Tenable, or Nessus.
• Analyze CVE/CVSS findings and coordinate remediation activities.
• Develop automation using Python, Bash, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Build AI-powered workflows for vulnerability data collection, correlation, reporting, and remediation recommendations.
• Design and implement AI prompt-based agents to automate security operations.
• Work with Infra, Security, and App teams to drive remediation to closure.

Job description

Experienced AI-Enabled Vulnerability & Remediation Engineer with strong Linux administration and vulnerability management expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and remediating security vulnerabilities across enterprise Linux environments while leveraging AI tools and agentic workflows to automate vulnerability analysis, reporting, and remediation processes.
