Job summary

Pb Consulting seeks an Experienced AI-Enabled Vulnerability & Remediation Engineer to manage vulnerability detection and remediation across enterprise Linux environments. You will leverage AI-driven tools and agentic workflows to automate analysis, reporting, and remediation processes.

Responsibilities include administering RHEL, performing CVE/CVSS analysis, and building automation with Python, Bash, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong Linux administration and vulnerability management experience across enterprise Linux environments.
• Experience with CVE/CVSS analysis and remediation, plus Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Proficiency in AI prompt engineering and building AI-powered agent workflows for security operations.
• Ability to perform data correlation, analysis, and AI-driven reporting, with strong production troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support production RHEL 7/8/9 environments.
• Perform vulnerability assessment and remediation using Qualys, Nessus, or Tenable.
• Analyze CVE/CVSS findings and coordinate remediation activities.
• Develop automation using Python, Bash, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Build AI-powered workflows for vulnerability data collection, correlation, reporting, and remediation recommendations.
• Design and implement AI prompt-based agents and Agentic AI workflows to automate security operations.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to drive remediation to closure.

Job description

Experienced AI-Enabled Vulnerability & Remediation Engineer with strong Linux administration and vulnerability management expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and remediating security vulnerabilities across enterprise Linux environments while leveraging AI tools and agentic workflows to automate vulnerability analysis, reporting, and remediation processes.
