Baker Tilly is seeking a High Net Worth Tax Principal to lead our private wealth tax practice. You will work closely with firm leadership to guide complex tax planning, compliance and strategic advisory for wealthy individuals and family offices.

In this role you will mentor staff, oversee multiple engagements, and expand the client base through proactive networking and exceptional service. A CPA or JD and 10+ years in tax are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or law required.
• CPA or JD required.
• 10+ years’ experience in tax planning and consulting for wealthy individuals and their trusts, family offices, and private businesses.

Responsabilités

• Lead compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational affluent families, family offices and their private businesses/investment entities.
• Manage client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships to acquire new clients, projects and revenue.
• Invest in professional development and participate in firm-wide learning programs.
• Support growth and development of team members through coaching and mentorship.
