Job summary

Neuberger is seeking a Business Associate to lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives within Private Wealth. You will inventory processes, map workflows, and identify opportunities for automation and organizational redesign to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong analysis, and change management skills, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements and driving adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; Lean Six Sigma or PMP a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
• Experience within financial services; private wealth management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational efficiency tools.
• Proficiency in automation technologies and change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Inventory current Private Wealth processes and map workflows to understand operating model.
• Identify manual, duplicative, or unnecessary steps and design improvements.
• Pinpoint automation opportunities and redesign workflows for efficiency.
• Develop future-state operating model with measurable goals and clear state definitions.
• Lead implementation and change management, training teams for adoption.
• Establish metrics to track effectiveness and pursue continuous improvement.
