Neuberger’s Private Wealth division seeks a Business Associate to own and drive strategic programs focused on process improvement and operational excellence. You will map current processes, design future-state workflows, and lead implementation with strong change management and training support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years of process improvement/operational excellence experience.
• Experience in financial services or private wealth preferred.
• Strong process mapping and workflow analysis skills.
• Proficiency in automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Change management expertise and independent decision-making.
