Coda Search│Staffing partners with a leading global asset manager to recruit an Associate for its Private Wealth Product Solutions team in New York. The role sits at the center of growth, working with senior Wealth leaders across product, marketing, investor communications and fundraising.

You will help develop wealth product solutions, manage investor materials, track exposures and contribute to commentary, DDQ/RFP responses, and thought leadership.

Competenze

• 2–5 years in investment management or related financial field.
• Strong grasp of financial markets, esp. credit, fixed income and alternatives.
• Series 7 and 63, or ability to obtain within 6 months of joining.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, distilling complex information.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Highly organized and proactive; able to juggle multiple priorities.

Coda Search is partnering with a leading global alternative asset manager to hire an Associate for its Private Wealth Product Solutions team. Our client manages several hundred billion dollars across private equity, credit, real estate and other strategies, with investment and operating teams around the world.

The firm is building out its evergreen product suite for the private wealth channel, and this hire will sit at the center of that growth. It is a visible seat working directly alongside senior members of the Wealth team, with broad exposure to product, marketing, investor communications and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Product development: Partner with senior Wealth team members on the continued build-out of the firm's wealth product solutions.
• Marketing content: Maintain and update investor presentations, pitch books and related decks; help create new content and shape messaging on strategy, performance and fund offerings.
• Portfolio insight: Track fund positioning, portfolio holdings and current exposures; analyze performance drivers and attribution; write commentary for internal and external audiences.
• Due diligence: Own responses to DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, investor inquiries and ad hoc data requests, often leading the project end to end; coordinate investment and operational due diligence meetings.
• Thought leadership: Help draft investment and outlook pieces, including the quarterly capital markets review and monthly internal updates to senior leadership.
• Reporting: Ensure monthly fund reporting, exposure reports and investor letters are accurate and on time; build fund-level and investor- or account-specific update materials.
• Special projects: Support initiatives on fundraising, investor commitment activity and competitor market intelligence.

Required

• 2 - 5 years in investment management or a related financial field
• Solid grasp of financial markets, especially credit, fixed income and alternative investments
• Series 7 and 63, or the ability to obtain both within 6 months of joining
• Strong quantitative skills; accounting or financial analysis experience is a plus
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information for internal and external audiences
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Highly organized and proactive; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build relationships across investments, sales and marketing, accounting, operations, legal, client reporting and client service
