Our client, a global alternative investment manager, is seeking a qualified candidate to support wealth distribution operations in New York. You will manage relationships with transfer agents, help onboard new funds, and coordinate across legal, sales, product, and marketing teams.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience and strong communication skills, with Advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven setting. Exposure to alternative investments is a plus.

• Act as a point of contact for financial advisors and internal sales staff with questions about fund operations.
• Coordinate with technology partners on trade execution and documentation.
• Build subject-matter expertise on how advisors' platforms work so you can support them more effectively.
