In this high-visibility role, you will support investor transfers and ownership changes within Private Markets/Alternative Investments; handle transfer documentation, approvals, investor servicing, KYC/AML, and investor records while coordinating with fund administrators, legal, compliance, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end investor transfers and ownership changes.


• Review transfer/subscription documents and KYC/AML requirements.


• Coordinate with investors, fund managers, legal, compliance, and fund administrators.


• Maintain accurate investor records and track transfer requests.


• Handle investor inquiries and complex/high-priority requests.


• Support process improvements, SOPs, projects, and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Background: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Investor Relations, Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, or Private Markets operations.


• Domain Expertise: Strong expertise in Private Equity and Alternative Investments, particularly with investor transfers and secondary market workflows.


• Regulatory Focus: Deep working knowledge of subscription/transfer document frameworks, regulatory compliance standards, and KYC/AML requirements.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
