  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Support cross-functional projects, regulatory initiatives, and operational enhancements related to investor servicing and private market operations.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices to promote operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in investor relations, transfer agency, fund administration, or private markets operations.
  • Strong knowledge of private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, or other alternative investment products.
  • Demonstrated experience managing investor transfers, secondary transactions, ownership changes, or investor recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with subscription documents, transfer agreements, fund governing documents, and KYC/AML requirements.
  • Knowledge of Publicly Traded Partnerships (PTP) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with investor servicing or transfer agency platforms is preferred.
Preferred Skills
