Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the U.S. Private Bank seeks an Investment Professional to provide daily support to investors and manage client relationships. You will collaborate with a team to coordinate with other groups while maintaining confidentiality of Private Banking clients.

You will consult on trades, create discretionary mandates, monitor risk and fees, and ensure accurate administration with a focus on service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 90 days if unlicensed.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of industry experience.
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise.
• Familiarity with Workstation, Connect, DDR/KYC or ability to learn proprietary software.
• Experience and interest in financial markets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades, advise on execution, place trades, review trades, and update accounts.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor exceptions and conduct scenario-based analyses with Client Advisors.
• Work with Team Leader to monitor risk metrics across the team.
• Work with Team Leader to monitor Client Advisor loadings.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing.
• Manage Alternatives documents with clients from submission to completion.
