Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Investment Professional for the U.S. Private Bank to provide essential support to Investors, manage client relationships, and coordinate with a broad team across markets and functions.

You will advise on trades, help create discretionary mandates, monitor risk metrics, and help with billing, while staying compliant with regulatory requirements and maintaining confidentiality across Private Banking clients.

Qualifications

• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required or must obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ year of industry-related experience.
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise.
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Private Bank systems Workstation, Connect, DDR/KYC or ability to learn.
• Experience and interest in financial markets and concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades, including advising on trade execution and updating accounts.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor exceptions and analyze risk with the team; coordinate with Team Leader on workloads.
• Monitor Client Advisor loadings with Team Leader.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing processes.
• Manage Alternatives documents and assist clients to complete/correct them.
