Qualifications

• Must have Series 7, Series 66 and Insurance licenses; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• One or more years of industry-related experience are required.
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills are essential.
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise are required.

Responsibilities

• Consult on and execute brokerage trades, advising clients on trade execution and handling trade processes.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor exceptions and conduct scenario-based risk analyses with the Client Advisors.
• Collaborate with Team Leader to manage Team workload and risk metrics.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing.
• Manage Alternatives documents and coordinate with clients to complete/correct.
