The role emphasizes building a disciplined, technology-forward finance function with confidentiality and high standards. The CFO will oversee controls, reporting, budgeting, and external advisor coordination, while providing strategic oversight of private wealth structures and investment vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience leading accounting and finance teams in private wealth or family office environments.
• Proven ability to manage close processes, budgeting, cash management, reporting, and external advisor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting, tax, and finance teams with clear roles and deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting across family entities, trusts, partnerships, and investment vehicles.
• Drive timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closes with ownership and deadlines.
• Review complex reconciliations, intercompany activity, allocations, and investment accounting entries.
• Develop and document policies, workflows, controls, and standard operating procedures.
