The CFO will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board, with full ownership of the firm’s financial infrastructure, risk management, and long-term planning.

What You’ll Lead:
  • Act as a key member of the executive team, advising leadership and the Board on financial performance, strategy, and risk
  • Prepare and present financial reporting, forecasts, and insights to Boards and Audit Committees
  • Partner with senior leaders on long-term planning, capital allocation, and organizational priorities
  • Oversee all accounting and finance functions across the enterprise and its affiliated entities
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and audit requirements
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance analysis
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and advisors
  • Co-lead enterprise strategic planning initiatives focused on sustainable growth and shareholder value
  • Oversee enterprise risk management, internal controls, and audit coordination
  • Ensure appropriate insurance coverage and risk mitigation strategies are in place
  • Provide leadership over corporate and client-related tax planning and compliance
  • Oversee partnership accounting, investment funds, and related reporting
  • Ensure alignment with fiduciary obligations, regulatory expectations, and best practices
  • Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams
  • Build a high-accountability, high-trust culture rooted in excellence and integrity
  • Partner with external professionals while maintaining internal ownership
What We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years in senior finance or accounting leadership roles
  • Deep experience in wealth management, trust services, fiduciary, or family office environments
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Expert knowledge of GAAP and evolving accounting standards
  • Experience interfacing with Boards, Audit Committees, and regulators
  • Proven ability to build credibility with high-net-worth individuals and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Finance/Tax strongly preferred
Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Stable, values-driven culture with long employee tenure
  • Meaningful partnership with leadership and the Board
