Responsibilities include delivering tailored budgeting, retirement, and debt guidance; evaluating client scenarios for AI tools; and providing clear feedback to improve AI outputs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in personal financial advisory or private wealth management.
• Proven ability to build trust with high-net-worth or mass affluent clients.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, investment management, retirement planning (401k, IRA, etc.), and debt management.
• Solid grasp of tax-aware strategies and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex advice into clear steps.
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making in high-impact client scenarios.
• CFP, CFA, or equivalent credential required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, actionable financial guidance spanning budgeting, investment planning, retirement strategies, and debt management.
• Review and assess realistic client scenarios to inform AI-assisted financial planning tools.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to enhance AI systems.
• Communicate complex financial concepts in a client-centric, understandable way.
• Balance immediate financial needs with long-term planning considerations.
• Ensure guidance reflects up-to-date regulatory compliance and best practices in private wealth management.
• Act as a subject matter expert to ensure AI outputs reflect high-quality advice.
