Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in personal financial advisory.
• Experience advising high-net-worth or mass affluent clients.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and debt management.
• Knowledge of tax-aware strategies and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex advice.
• CFP, CFA, or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, actionable financial guidance spanning budgeting, investment planning, retirement strategies, and debt management.
• Review and assess realistic client scenarios to inform AI-assisted financial planning tools.
