Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations experience required.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience desired.
• Excellent communication skills with members, employees and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated teams and develop future leaders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for service quality.
• Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed.
• Collaborate with department heads and leaders across teams.
• Manage relationships with TSA, CBP, and other government partners.
• Drive training aligned with member feedback and operational needs.
