Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation is seeking an Operations Manager in Dallas to oversee field operations, lead the operations team, and coordinate with airlines and airport authorities. You will drive safety compliance, implement procedures, and manage crises in partnership with senior leadership.

The role emphasizes continuous process improvement for efficiency. The position requires strong leadership of large teams, a deep understanding of airport procedures, and extensive travel.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Leadership/Operational experience.
• Established leader in managing large teams.
• In-depth knowledge of airport operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Travel requirement >75% travel between airport stations and for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of services for customer airlines and airports within contract and budget.
• Ensure safety and security policies align with standards.
• Liaise with airline station managers, airport operations managers, handling agents, Customs, Immigration and Security officials.
• Lead local Recruiting and Staffing initiatives and maintain staffing levels to meet service standards.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions where needed.
• Collaborate with Senior leadership to address operational gaps, irregularities and audits.
• Guide and mentor the local team.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and irregularities involving PrimeFlight personnel and property.
