Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax professional within the Financial Services Organization (FSO) EDGE Private practice in the United States. You will deliver tax compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth clients, including privately held companies and their owners, across cross-border matters.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Tax/Law/Economics, 5+ years in tax services, and CPA/EA or licensed attorney.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA) or licensed attorney required or preferred.
• Experience in tax services within financial services is expected.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and escalate complex tax issues to senior staff and specialists.
• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting services to meet deadlines.
• Lead projects and manage staff with guidance as needed.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
• Review work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
