EY Private Tax is seeking a Manager to lead tailored tax advice and compliance for high‑growth private clients and their owners. You’ll oversee wealth transfer, governance and cross‑border matters, acting as a trusted advisor across multiple teams.

You’ll coach and develop a tax professionals, navigate complex structures, and deliver high‑quality solutions with a focus on risk management. This role requires travel and a balanced hybrid work environment in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant tax or financial planning experience.
• CPA certification or Bar membership required.
• Typically 5–6 years of relevant experience in tax or professional services.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation; flow‑through entities a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance solutions for complex family and business structures.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate multijurisdictional and cross‑border tax matters.
• Research tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies.
• Build long‑term client relationships and coach a tax team for quality delivery.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
• Communicate complex tax issues to non‑tax professionals and clients.
