Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with CPA or Bar membership
• 5+ years in professional tax/consulting
• Estate and wealth planning knowledge
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
• Experience with automated tax processing systems
• Experience managing budgets and projects

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance for cross-border families
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, governance strategies
• Navigate multijurisdictional cross-border tax matters
• Coach and develop a team, ensuring quality and risk management
• Travel as needed; participate in client working sessions
