EY Private Tax is seeking a Manager to deliver tailored tax advice and compliance for owners of private businesses and high‑net‑worth families. You will lead teams across complex, cross‑border matters while mentoring colleagues and ensuring high‑quality client service.

This role offers a cross‑functional, hybrid work environment with travel as needed and opportunities to expand leadership and technical tax knowledge within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant tax, business or financial planning experience.
• CPA certification or membership in The Bar.
• Typically, 5–6 years relevant experience.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation.
• Experience with flow-through entities (S‑Corps, Partnerships, LLCs).
• Willingness to travel and a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance solutions for complex family and business structures.
• Support clients in wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate multijurisdictional families and cross-border tax matters.
• Guide and coach professional employees to deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
