You will guide delivery, ensure tax accuracy, and drive business growth while mentoring junior colleagues in a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with professional tax credentials.
• Significant tax experience in professional services or tax organization.
• Understanding estate and wealth planning and trust tax.
• Ability to collaborate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with automated tax processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance for complex structures.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
