Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with CPA certification or membership in The Bar.
• Extensive knowledge of estate and wealth planning and federal/state personal and trust income tax.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with automated tax processing systems and delivering tax projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance for cross-border, multijurisdictional families.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Manage teams to deliver complex tax initiatives with quality and risk controls.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
