Job summary

InstaSwim is expanding its team of professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the country.

You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and can receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson. Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
