Job summary

InstaSwim hires private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and work with selected clients, earning $40–$70 per hour.

Payments are processed quickly, often within 24 hours after each lesson. You should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, and hold CPR and First Aid certifications (or be willing to obtain them).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons to client needs.
• Provide a fun, safe and tracked learning experience.
