Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule and clients are provided, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and US work authorization. You will deliver personalized lessons, ensure safety, and earn $40-$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US residency and work authorization.
• Clear a background check.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client's needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
