Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and earn $40-$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim provides clients and handles onboarding for a seamless start. InstaSwim offers travel to local pools, a clear path to ongoing client matches, and adds you to our general liability policy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess students' skills and progress; adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience; ensure safety at all times.
