InstaSwim is hiring experienced private swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

The role requires at least 2 years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, reliable transportation, and a focus on safety and personalized lesson plans. Earn $40-$70 per hour; payments are processed quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' locations.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
