Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and teach 1-on-1 or small groups, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Earn $40-$70 per hour, paid quickly via PayPal or other methods.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to client locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
