Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, travel locally, and earn $40–$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

This role requires at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization. Insurance coverage and fast onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and hold CPR/First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain).
• Based in the US with valid work authorization and reliable transportation.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and adapt to students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
