Job summary

InstaSwim is expanding its network of professional swim instructors in the United States, including Maryland and nearby areas. Instructors teach in clients' private homes or community pools, set their own schedules, and get paid quickly after each lesson.

Qualified applicants have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, are 18+, and hold CPR/First Aid or are willing to obtain it. Travel to client locations is required and background checks are paid for by InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
