Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US, including Maryland. You set your own schedule and travel locally; payments are issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients, provide liability coverage, and process payments quickly. Requirements: at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+ years old, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
