Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, decide which clients to work with, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We provide clients and cover liability insurance.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, age 18+, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Earn $40–$70 per hour with quick payments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
