Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools nationwide. You set your schedule and can earn competitive pay with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), US work authorization, reliable transportation, and the ability to create personalized lesson plans while ensuring student safety and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
